PRICING AND PAYMENT
My preferred payment for one-to-one lessons is via bank transfer (BACS) in blocks of 5 lessons. Other payment options are available.
ONE-TO-ONE LESSONS
Lessons can last for either 30 minutes, 45 minutes, one hour or 90 minutes.
For children in Years 1-2, I recommend 30 minutes or 45 minutes.
For children in Years 3-4, I recommend 45 minutes or one hour.
For children in Years 5 and 6, I recommend one hour.
For children in Years 7-9, I recommend one hour or 90 minutes.

11+ GROUP LESSONS
The cost for each 2-hour 11+ group lesson is £40. This is paid in monthly instalments of £160 per month.
There is a fully refundable deposit of £100 required to secure your slot. This is returned to you upon completion of the course or it can count towards your final monthly payment.
Your child will need to take a pre-assessment prior to starting the course. This costs £50 and can be taken at any time. The Summer holidays are a good time to take it. The pre-assessment will give you an idea of your child’s strengths and weaknesses and an indication of their capability to pass the CSSE 11+ exam. Unlike some other providers, there is no “pass mark” for this. If you want your child to be part of the group, I am happy to take them on.
CUSTOM GROUP LESSONS
Custom groups are those organised by parents, for example, you might want to create a group containing your own child and one or two of their friends.
To work out the cost per child for a custom group, take the fee for a one-to-one lesson and add 30% of that per additional child.
Example:
60-minute maths lessons for a group of 3 would cost £21.33 per child per lesson.
➡️ A 60-minute one-to-one lesson costs £40. 30% of £40 is £12 so the calculation would be: (40 + 12 + 12) ÷ 3 = 21.33
